Client Director
Role Summary:
Build and nurture lasting partnerships with our clients. You'll serve as their trusted advisor, ensuring every engagement delivers measurable value while uncovering new opportunities to grow the relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own client relationships at a senior level across key accounts
- Develop account strategies that align client goals with our capabilities
- Identify growth opportunities and lead expansion conversations
- Ensure client satisfaction and act as an escalation point when needed
- Collaborate with delivery and strategy teams to shape proposals and roadmaps
- Represent State of the Art with credibility and confidence
Qualifications & Skills:
- 8+ years in client services, account management, or business development within digital agencies
- Strong understanding of AI, data, and customer experience disciplines
- Proven ability to grow accounts and build executive-level relationships
- Commercial acumen with experience managing revenue targets
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Genuine passion for helping clients succeed
