• Lead architecture decisions for AI-powered platforms and digital products
• Mentor and grow a team of engineers and developers
• Collaborate with design and strategy teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where valuable
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance across all deliverables

Qualifications & Skills:

• 10+ years in technical leadership roles within agencies or product companies
• Deep expertise in modern web technologies, cloud platforms, and AI/ML integration
• Proven experience delivering complex, data-driven digital products
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
• Hands-on ability combined with strategic thinking
• Experience with agile delivery methodologies
